Japan Marketplace Alerts ("the Service") is a notification service operated via Telegram. We monitor Japanese online marketplaces including Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, and Rakuten Rakuma, and send alerts when new listings match your saved searches.
We do not sell products. We are not affiliated with Mercari, Yahoo Japan, or Rakuten. All purchases are made directly between you and the marketplace sellers.
To use the Service, you need a Telegram account. By interacting with our Telegram bot, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your Telegram account security.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the /manage command or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at support@japanalerts.com for refund requests.
We strive to keep the Service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Marketplace websites may change their structure, which can temporarily affect our ability to retrieve listings. We are not liable for missed listings or delayed notifications.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on our notifications, price accuracy, listing availability, or any damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
